Reading notes

Document drawn up on parchment in Polish. Preserved wax coat-of-arms seal of Jerzy Czuryło (Korczak coat of arms) on a cord, in a wax bowl (partially chipped). The issuer in the text mentions his wife as Zofia 'Szisczówna' (the archival card states 'Sofia of Pleszewice', perhaps based on other genealogical sources or an error; on the verso, she is incorrectly identified as Anastasia). The village of Hodwisznia is consistently written in the text as 'Odwisnia' / 'Odwisnie'. The place of issue is Hoszany ('w Hoszancach').
