Reading notes

Parchment document, preserved in good condition, visible yellowing and moisture stains. Seal missing (a slit/cut for the seal strap remains). On the verso, a later (18th c.) Latin regest with an incorrectly recorded year '1440'. In the document date 'feria secunda ipso die festi Sancti Sixti' (the feast of St. Sixtus falls on August 6; in 1459, it was indeed a Monday). Sheet 1 is a descriptive catalog card, sheet 4 is a control card.
