Most Illustrious and Magnificent Lord Voivode,
My Gracious Benefactor.
Previous posts were not favorable for writing to Your Grace, my Lord, although in two letters I reminded you of myself as an old servant of Your Grace, my Benefactor. May this opportunity, through the mediation of His Grace the Treasurer of Busk, prove more fortunate, bringing to the feet of Your Graces, my Lords, the humility
[P. 3]
due by ancient right to Your Grace, my Lord Benefactor, as well as to Her Grace, my Lady Benefactress.
Regarding the health of Her Grace, our Benefactress, I can assure you with full certainty: she is healthy as long as there is no cause for worry. The cause for concern here is the distance from Your Graces, my Lords,

due to which, often spinning bad conjectures without just cause, she falls into a ready illness. His Grace the Treasurer will tell you more reliably about this, as well as about the Środa sejmik. I, for my part, declare that forever, until death, I remain the most grateful servant of Your Graces, my Lords Benefactors,
Tomasz Ulatowski, by my own hand
[P. 5, address:]
