Krakow heirs to the Lviv authorities regarding the Attelmair family estate

Although even during the lifetime of the late His Grace Mr. Kuczankowic, Lviv councilor of His Royal Majesty, our dear and beloved brother-in-law and colleague of Your Graces (may his soul be blessed), it was not unknown to us what turn the affairs of the Attelmairs were to take, whose children, due to the heirs and the adversity of the times, were moved from their own, partly through their own mismanagement: all the goods left after the death of the pious memory of His Grace Mr. Attelmair, Lviv councilor, our parent (may his soul rest in peace), fell into ruin; but because at that time, with the neglect of our own affairs, it was difficult to remedy this, now after the passing of our late brother-in-law, wishing at least to grasp the remnants of the losses, in a joint consultation among us, we have entrusted this to Her Grace Miss Anna, our sister, with the assistance of His Grace Mr. Jacek Ochocki, our brother, so that having undertaken all these matters by all the best means, they may settle all [...] with God's help. And since You, Gentlemen, are the local guardians and patrons directly after God and His Royal Majesty, we turn to You, Gentlemen, with our request that You, Gentlemen, having special regard for the significant merits of the Attelmair and Kuczankowic families, might deign to extend a helping hand to the remaining orphans, so that with the help of Your Graces [P. 3] Gentlemen, they might collect these remnants and mitigate the difficulties awaiting us according to your ability and holy justice.
