[P. 1 – inventory card] [P. 2] In the year 1735, on the 28th of June. Since the will and disposition of His Serene Highness [Ludwig Gruno von] Hessen-Homburg, General of Artillery of Her Most Serene Empress, commander of the Russian army corps, Knight of the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle, Lieutenant Colonel of the Preobrazhensky Regiment, has been proclaimed by a universal filed at the Lviv castle court and published in the city in the customary manner – in which the withdrawal of the crews assigned by the grace of His Serene Highness for the protection of estates was announced, and the provision of transport wagons for the complete departure was ordered – therefore, complying with the issued universal, I hereby order that from the city of Lviv and its jurisdictions, as well as from the villages attached to the magistrate and the Holy Spirit Hospital, thirty-two transport wagons be provided. It is also decreed by the will of His Serene Highness that each soldier from the crew be given rusks baked from flour, three garnets of groats, and three pounds of salt. And just as crews were assigned at the chancellery of His Serene Highness upon registration, so too must these same crews appear at the chancellery of His Serene Highness to obtain release from the record, for which, for greater credibility, I sign with my own hand. Given in Lviv, as above. A. Drogomir by his own hand [Notes at the bottom in a different hand:] D. 13.
