Intercession of Bishop Jan Małachowski with the authorities of Lwów on behalf of the syndic Michał Grygowicz

[P. 2] Noble and Distinguished Gentlemen, Respected Friends! I bear witness to the truth that the noble Mr. Michał Grygowicz [Grygorowicz?], your syndic, has undertaken urgent efforts and rendered sincere services for the public good of the city before my very eyes. So that he may receive from Your Graces the due remuneration for them, as well as satisfaction regarding the as-yet unpaid remainder of the dues from the Grodno Sejm, I submit my request to Your Graces, not doubting that a worthy worker shall not be deprived of his pay. I wish Your Graces good health from the Lord God. Given in Jaworów, on the 16th of October, 1679.
