Marcin Milewski justifies his absence due to urgent matters concerning his lady and provides the Lwów councilors with procedural advice in a dispute over estates with the Hynka family of Ratyszcze. He advises summoning Mr. Iwanicki as an accomplice of the opposing party for the same date, which will enable the effective enforcement of the verdict.
