Translation / modern text
[P. 2]
Most Illustrious and Gracious Lord Voivode of Ruthenia,
My Great Lord and Benefactor!
Take, Your Grace my Lord, my cause as your own and kindly consider: when I ceded not only Sołotwina, but far better estates, for the favor of Your Grace my Benefactors, and mortgaged my own hereditary estate of Nowica for the convenience of Your Graces, and having persuaded me to such a sudden deed last year so that I would receive all the money now, then, my Lord, you renewed it and brought me to Lwów to collect the money, yet I have not seen it until now. The inventory, Your Grace my Lord, from Laszkoszki
[P. 3]
you sent, which your people barely accept in half; I therefore declare that I will bring it with me to Your Grace my Lord the day after tomorrow, for I have sent it to His Grace Mr. Siemiński, a sensible man, who is to give me an answer tomorrow. Just consider, Your Grace my Lord, so that I, a poor nobleman and an old servant of the Illustrious House of Your Graces, do not fall into ruin, having surrendered myself to the grace of Your Grace my Lord, I remain.
Your Grace my Lord and Benefactor's constantly well-wishing and most humble servant,
B. Nowosielecki, by his own hand
In Przemyśl, February 16, 1699
[P. 4, address:]
To the Most Illustrious and my highly esteemed Lord and Benefactor, His Grace the Voivode of the Ruthenian Lands, my gracious Lord, this belongs.

Reading notes
Page 1 is an inventory card. In the inventory, the surname is given as Nowosedecki / Новоселецький, while the signature reads B. Nowosielecki. The day in the inventory header is cut off in the register to 'February 1', but in the inventory card metadata and the letter itself it is clearly: February 16 (16. Feb[ruarii]) 1699. The word 'Laszkoszki' may refer to the name of an estate (Laszki) or a messenger/steward.
