[P. 2]
My Dear Councilor,
My Dear Sir and Benefactor!
His Grace Mr. Mirowicki, a servant of His Grace the Prince, my Benefactor, having [...] the certain payment of interest to Their Graces the Jews [...], deigned to ask [...] that he might submit a testimony in Lviv. Since he himself, due to the distance of the place, should not fail to meet this deadline without exceeding the appointed time. I turn to Your Grace, My Lord, as to a man of integrity [...], so that I may call upon that future judge [...] His Grace Mr. [...] that they may graciously accept those who have deigned to [...] me.
For this time,
of whom I am
a well-wishing servant
and friend,

Reading notes
Page 1 contains an inventory card with a date misinterpreted in the inventory (incorrect OCR reading 'є вер / 1616', while the inventory card and the document show September 2, 1646). His Grace the Prince, my Benefactor, is Jeremi Wiśniowiecki, Voivode of Ruthenia (from 1646), whose secretary/servant was Samuel Obodziński. On p. 3, under the address and on an attached strip, there are later annotations regarding the debt/recognition of Teodor Mirowicki.
