[Chancery annotation at the top left:] to 654 Comer 789
The undersigned, having purchased 15 horses from Mr. Hejdl's stud farm in the Zaleszczyki circle in Galicia, wishes to transport them through Zamość to Warsaw so that they may be trained by Mr. Königsfeld, and subsequently intends to bring them successively through Podgórze within a year or a year and a half to the army, where he needs them for the service of His Imperial Majesty. Therefore, he has the honor to request His Excellency Count de Brigido to kindly send him the necessary passport and issue appropriate instructions to the customs offices in Galicia so that these horses are not detained upon leaving the country and returning to it, while he submits himself to the prescribed customs duty.
