[P. 2]
Most Illustrious and Gracious Lord Stolnik of Bełz,
My Greatly Esteemed Lord and Brother!
Since, due to the distance of the place, it was not granted to me to enjoy the worthy company of Your Graces, my Lords, I have decided [to go] to these other lands, in order to satisfy my long-desired wishes here, serving [...] and to me the dearest man [...]. Meanwhile, offering my respects to Your Grace, by virtue of brotherly grace I beseech You, my Lord, if You correspond with the Reverend Parish Priest of Sieciechów, who is a very worthy and wise man, and a worthy crown of Your Graces' house,
[P. 3]
that You would deign to inform me, my Lord, also regarding his name and surname. For I intend to direct a certain work [...] to the Sieciechów abbey monastery, and I would prefer [to do so] through the hands of You, my Lord and Benefactor, since the local prior does not reply to several of my letters and I do not know for certain what is happening there at the present [...]. Therefore, I entrust the submitted matter to You, my Lord, I dedicate my kind services to this, being forever
Your Grace's, my Greatly Gracious Lord,
kindly well-wishing brother
and humble servant
Aleksander Stanisław Rykowski of Rykowo,
Stolnik of Chełmno
[P. 4, address:]
To the Most Illustrious and Gracious Lord and Brother,

Stolnik of Bełz, my gracious lord, to be delivered
