[P. 2]
Jesus Mary Joseph
Noble Magistrate,
My Most Gracious Lords.
Having been previously informed by the Most Illustrious Voivode of Bełz that he has set the tenth day of the current month for the resumption of the Lviv Commission, I have also declared to appear in Lviv on that day, despite being occupied with other matters, all the more promptly as an obligation arises for me from you, my Most Gracious Lords. Having signed the notification, I am sending it back and remain with full gratitude to each of you.
Your Most Gracious Lords'
sincerely well-wishing and humble servant
Józef Skorupka Padlewski,
Land Judge of Lviv […]
On the 11th of June 1766,
in Pławcza.
