A partly legible letter to an eminent recipient in Lviv. The surviving words do not allow the subject to be reconstructed with confidence. The date and place, 20 June 1696 in Warsaw, are read from the heading.

Reading notes
One letter on p. 2, headed “a Varsovie 20 Junii 1696”; p. 3 is its folded address wrapper, not a separate letter. The wrapper identifies only an eminent recipient in Lviv; the name is illegible. The Polish text survives in part; the reading “Ta jest naywyższa […]” does not establish the subject with confidence.
