A partly legible letter about accounts and settlements. The amounts of 300 and 200 tymfs can be made out, but their precise meaning and connection to the people mentioned are uncertain. Dated at Lviv on 17 March 1690.

[Tekst s. 4–5:] Odczyt częściowy. Widoczne są wzmianki o rachunkach/rozliczeniu, a także kwoty zapisane jako „300 Tynfów” i „200 Tynfów” [powiązanie kwot ze sprawą niepewne]. Występują nazwiska i opis wcześniejszych ustaleń; nie wszystkie dają się odczytać.

Pages 4–5 form one letter: p. 5 continues the account on p. 4 and contains its closing/signature. The date, 17 March 1690, was read from the dateline on p. 4, not the inventory cover. The amounts 300 and 200 tymfs are visible, but their subject and relationship remain unknown.
