A short, partly legible letter from Eleonora Kazanowska to the Voivode of Volhynia. The writer sends a privilege for presentation to the queen and mentions a matter concerning her people. The date is tentatively read as 27 September 1694; the place has not been established.

[Nagłówek:] „Jaśnie Wielmożny Mci Panie Wojewoda Wołyński, Mój wielce Mci Panie kochany, szczerym sercem y Dobrodzieju”.
[Tekst s. 2:] Odczyt częściowy. Nadawczyni pisze, że posyła przywilej zgodnie z obietnicą, aby przedłożyć go królowej; wspomina o swoich ludziach i ich sprawie. Dalsze szczegóły niepewne.
[Datowanie:] „Data 27bris 1694” [odczyt prawdopodobny; 7bris oznacza wrzesień].
