Zamoyski presents Mrs Bieniewska’s complaint concerning a house. According to her, she brought the matter before the local magistracy but has not obtained a decision. The sender asks the Lviv magistracy to investigate and resolve it justly and promptly. Written in Warsaw on 5 February 1706.

S. Bieniewska mając sprawę swoje o kamienicę … do tamtejszego magistratu int[u]ntowane, żali się przede mną, że nic może otrzymać w nich rozsądzenia, ale … Magistratu wyraża. Jakoż za moim … Każdego czasu przyjść … z ukazanym sprawiedliwym … WMM Panów, ażebyście pomienioną … sprawę bezprędzej … rozrządzeniem … [fragmenty niepewne].

The date 5 February 1706 was read from the dateline on p. 6; the signature is Andrzej Zamoyski. P. 7 is the address to the Lviv magistracy, not another letter. Internal page number 5 and the separate closing support the identification as an independent item.
