Most Illustrious Lord Voivode of Ruthenia,
My Gracious Lord and Benefactor!

To the Most Illustrious Her Grace, my Benefactress, I bow most humbly at her feet.
How they [...] met, I shall certainly verify, in what manner the matter is proceeding, by my humility inclining my affections toward Your Grace, my [...] Lord and Benefactor.

Reading notes
The recipient is identified based on the title ("Most Illustrious Lord Voivode of Ruthenia") and the inventory as Jan Stanisław Jabłonowski, Voivode of Ruthenia in 1697–1731. In the inventory, the date was misread as "ITO0" (in reality 1700). At the bottom of the page, there is a note with regards for the Voivodess of Ruthenia and a postscript with Latin phrases.
