A letter to the councillors of an unidentified city. The surviving address reads “Moim Panom Rajcom […] Moi Mciwi Panowie y Przyjaciele”; most of the text is illegible. The date, 4 August 1664, is visible in the closing formula, but the place is illegible.

Reading notes
Page 5 contains a separate letter opening “Moim Panom Rajcom […] Moi Mciwi Panowie y Przyjaciele”. The closing formula reads “4 Augusta 1664”; the place before the date is illegible. Page 6 is a folded, sealed address leaf belonging to this letter, not a separate item. The recipients’ city and author are unidentified.
