A partially legible letter to the Volhynian Voivode about a matter requiring his goodwill or assistance. It mentions an obligation and actions by other people, but the details cannot be established. Dated 26 August 1696; the place is tentatively read as Wysokowie.

[Tekst s. 2–3:] Widoczne wzmianki o sprawie, powinności i działaniach dotyczących adresata; pojawiają się też odniesienia do innych osób, lecz większość zdań pozostaje trudna do odczytu. Nie rekonstruuję niepewnych fragmentów.
[Datownik s. 3:] „w Wysokowie? d. 26 Augusti 1696” [dzień, miesiąc i rok czytelne; miejscowość niepewna].

Pages 2–3 form one letter with continuous text and a closing on p. 3. Page 4 is a blank/folded reverse. The date comes from the notation on p. 3; the place remains uncertain.
