Translation / modern text
The letter is addressed to the Lviv magistracy. The surviving text mentions proceedings and a deadline, a decree, and matters described as immunitas/securitas, but it does not allow the entire case to be reconstructed with confidence. The closing dateline gives Lublin, 25 February 1738.

Reading notes
Page 1 is an inventory card; pp. 2–3 are two pages of one letter. The surviving text refers to the Lviv magistracy, proceedings/timing, a decree, and immunitas/securitas, though their relationships are not fully legible. The clear closing formula on p. 3 reads “Datum w Lublinie die 25 February 1738”. These three scans contain no separate address leaf.
