The letter was sent from Warsaw to the Lviv magistracy. The partly legible text mentions people and a son named Stanisław, but the details of the matter cannot be established with confidence. Dated 5 July 1699.

Reading notes
Page 1 is an inventory card, p. 2 contains one letter, and p. 3 its addressed wrapper. The date 5 July 1699 is read from the closing formula on p. 2 (“z Warszawy 5 Julii 99”), not from the inventory card. The letter can only be read in fragments; its subject is not inferred.
