Zamoyski writes about the unresolved case of Mr Klimonowicz against the Lipowiczowscy concerning debts owed to the latter. He asks the magistracy to take up the matter and resolve it justly. Written in Warsaw on 29 September 1707.

[Nagłówek:] Prænobiles ac Spectabiles Domini.
Do mnie niżej sprawę swoją Imć Pan Klimonowicz w zgodzie … z Lipowiczowskimi względem długów do nich się ściągających, a wprzód nie rychłego oneż rozstrzygnienia jakowego, ponieśli … skargę. Zalecam więc WMM … nie tylko przyśle y niezwłoczne będzie sprawy rozstrzygnienie, ale też przynależytość jaką bydź powinna sprawiedliwą administracyą zostawić.

Reading notes
Date, place and signature are legible on p. 14. P. 15 is the address wrapper to the Lviv consuls and magistracy, not a separate letter. The date agrees with the unit’s closing date on the inventory card, but it was established from the letter itself.
