The sender writes to the Lviv magistrate that he had already pursued a contract matter the previous year. He mentions a regiment in Wrocław and an estate or place whose name is read uncertainly as “Dzierżanowy,” near Lviv. He asks the recipients for support. Since the remaining details are poorly legible, the precise terms and type of contract are not specified. Date and place are read at the end of the letter: Zamość, 9 April 1754.

Reading notes
Date and place are written on p. 4 of the letter (“d. 9 Aprilis 1754”, “z Zamościa”). The name “Dzierżanowy” and some wording about the contract need checking. Blank p. 5 is assigned as the reverse based on the scan sequence; it contains no separate letter.
