A partly legible report from Lviv on political events and correspondence. The writer mentions the Sejm, officials, and a request addressed to Rome, as well as further intervention. Details and names are uncertain. Dated at Lviv on 4 August 1687.

[Tekst s. 5–6:] Odczyt częściowy. Widoczne są wzmianki o korespondencji, sejmie i urzędnikach, m.in. „[...] do Rzymu mają prośbę [...]”; nadawca pisze też o dalszym przekazaniu/interwencji. Liczne zdania i nazwy własne są niepewne.
