An English letter to merchant Arthur Forbes in Lviv, apparently concerning a payment or account. The surviving fragments mention an amount in pounds and Lviv, but the uncertain sum and transaction details cannot be reconstructed. The date, 23 June 1692, is read from the heading.

Reading notes
One letter in English. Page 2 contains the text and the date “23 June 1692”; the place in the heading is difficult to read. The text refers to a received message, an amount in pounds, a person whose name is partly legible as “Borach…”, and a payment/amount involving Lemberg (Lviv). The uncertain sum and transaction details are not supplied. Page 3 is a folded, sealed address wrapper to “Mr Arthur Forbes Merchant … Lemberg”, not a separate letter.
