This is one letter written on three manuscript leaves, accompanied by a separate folded address sheet. The address to an Illustrious Sir and Brother and fragments referring to a matter and a request can be recognized, but the subject remains uncertain. No dateline or signature could be read.

Reading notes
PDF p. 1 is an archival cover bearing “12 сентября 1699 р.” (12 September 1699) as the start date of the archival unit/register; it is not a dateline on the letter. Manuscript leaf numbers 1–3 appear on PDF pp. 2, 3, and 5 respectively. PDF p. 4 is the address sheet belonging to this letter, not a second document.
