A separate letter to an unidentified eminent recipient. The surviving passage reads “Nie godzi mi się […]” and mentions the recipient’s favor, but the substance remains partly illegible. Dated in Warsaw on 24 January 1697.

Nie godzi mi się […] compare przed WMM Panem […] i tę razę, kiedy łaska […] WMM Pana y Dobrodzieja […] [tekst częściowo nieczytelny].
[Zakończenie:] Z serca kochającym […] naymniejszym sługą […] Stanisław […] [podpis niepewny].

Page 4 contains a separate letter with its own salutation “Monseigneur”, dateline “a Varsovie 24 January 1697”, and closing formula of service. The text includes “Nie godzi mi się […]” and refers to the recipient’s favor, but the rest is partly illegible. The signature is tentatively read as Stanisław; this letter is not joined to the neighboring documents.
