Translation / modern text
The sender writes to a high-ranking recipient about a matter connected with sejmiks and mentions a duty or obligation. Most of the text is difficult to read; I do not infer which obligation was involved or what decision was requested. The date in the letter gives Nowosiółki, 9 July 1696.

[PDF s. 4, ciąg dalszy, oznaczenie „2”:] [...] sejmików [...] [—] [...] [dalsza treść częściowo nieczytelna].
[Data u góry s. 2:] W Nowosiółkach d. 9 Julii 1696.
Reading notes
The date and place come from the heading on p. 2. The archival inventory card on p. 1 identifies the correspondent as Grand Crown Hetman Stanisław Jabłonowski; the surviving signature in this passage was not read. Pages 2–4 are treated as one document because the page numbering continues and there is no new salutation. The visible reference to sejmiks does not establish the precise subject of the matter.
