Jan Kazimierz Krasiński to the authorities of Lviv regarding the merchant Piotr Szymfson

A certain matter concerning a certain Piotr Szymfson, a merchant, who has been wronged by evil men through the greatest injustice — namely by the fault of both: Mr. Słoniewski, and even more so Mr. Altemajer — is coming before your council office. And since such harm to this merchant results in a huge loss for the treasury of His Royal Majesty and the Commonwealth, I am all the more involved in this matter with my intercession, earnestly asking you to judge it without delay, so that the harm to the aforementioned merchant and the treasury may be prevented, and such schemes of evil men may be rebuked. I therefore commit myself to your friendship, a friend of all gracious services. Given in Drohobycz, on the 27th of September 1666. I commend my efforts to you, my gracious lords and friends.
