Translation / modern text
The surviving fragment addresses a high-ranking dignitary as «Most Illustrious and Gracious Sir». The sender mentions a matter concerning the addressee, but much of the text is difficult to read. The sender closes by affirming service to the addressee. Near the end: «3 November in Komarno?» [place-name reading uncertain]. The signature is probably «Dzieduszycki». The address on the verso indicates a prince, but the name and further details are illegible.

Reading notes
This is a separate Polish-language letter from the French letter of March: the surviving text has its own foliation 3–4, a separate salutation and closing formula, and a November date. PDF p. 8 is the address on the verso/address side of the same leaf (the number 4 is visible), not another letter. The archival cover gives the end of the unit as 15 November 1725; «3 Novembris» and the probable «w Komarnie» were read on the letter. The signature and addressee’s surname remain uncertain. The beginning of the correspondence (pages 1–2) is absent from the scan.
