Translation / modern text
Rzewuski presents two Warsaw merchants—Feliks Salvator and Piotr (surname or designation uncertain)—who seek the Lviv authorities’ permission to hold redoutes there. They stress that they will bring no salt, spirits, sugar, or spices, but will buy these goods in Lviv. The rest of their argument is partly illegible. The letter is dated at Podhorce, 20 April 1762.
