The mayors and council of Świecie complain about the almost daily passage of soldiers and the announced arrival of dragoons numbering 90 horses, coming from Hungary for winter maintenance by order of the Inowrocław voivode. They refer to the news from the lessee and an earlier payment, the verb of which remains unread. They ask Jan Jabłonowski for help in the face of the city's impending ruin and the destitution of the inhabitants.

Świecie renews the complaint about the soldiers and states the city's losses at five hundred zlotys, and the president's at 58 zlotys 20 groszy in taken goods. It asks Jan Jabłonowski to lead to the consideration and deduction of losses when paying the army at the general Lwów commission. Separately, it asks for a receipt allowing to receive wood from the Świecie starosta's forest for a bridge threatened with destruction by ice after a hard winter; the lessee does not accept earlier receipts.

The authorities of Świecie ask their starosta for protection against the military execution of services, also dependent on the lessee's decision. They assure that they previously used his protection, apologize for an unspecified offense, and send representatives who are to explain the expenses, difficulties, and damages related to the dams, heads, and banks of the Vistula.

Alberti assures of his zeal in carrying out the recipient's orders. He writes about the liveries of a gentleman with an uncertainly read surname, intends to support the case, and obtain the necessary letter. He conveys his respects to the voivodess.

Armand confidentially reports on the Queen's agreement with her son Jakub after 10–12 days of negotiations. The Queen was to settle for a life interest in her late husband's estates; movables, jewels, and cash were to be divided equally between the brothers. He mentions the mediators and the dates of the dietines (July 27) and the convocation (August 29), which point to the year 1696.

The priest has been ill for a week. He reports an improvement but will remain in Lwów until he regains his strength and the roads improve. He regrets not listening to his benefactor; he promises gratitude and prayer.

The author refutes allegations regarding his conduct toward the townspeople and cites the freedoms promised to them. He writes about credit, debt, collateral, and attempts by some members of the magistrate to violate statutory rights. He points to pledged property and protests against its sale or further encumbrance.

Glasnapp announces his arrival in Gniew at the voivode's request, but can only bring six reiters. He asks for a meeting date; he mentions the stay of the Voivode of Płock in Gdańsk.

The sender addresses the honorable voivode and benefactor, probably Jan Jabłonowski. The sender writes about a matter involving people identified as Domaradzki and [surname reading uncertain], refers to earlier proceedings, and makes a request to the addressee; details and some names remain uncertain. The letter ends with the date from Lviv, 30 January 1699. The sender’s signature is illegible.

Kazimierz Dłużewski writes to Jan Jabłonowski, Voivode of Ruthenia, about the planned election of the Chełm chamberlain. He asks that a sejmik not be convened, citing the unsuitable candidacy of the Chełm standard-bearer and the nobility’s freedom to choose. The letter was written in Lublin on 1 June; the year 1698 comes from the inventory description.

The writer, whose signature may read Szczęsny Krzechowski, writes about taking over the administration of the Bishopric of Chełm and commends himself to the recipient’s favor and protection. The letter is dated at Chełm on 5 February 1697.

The inventory attributes this personal letter to Katarzyna Leszczyńska and addresses it to Jan Jabłonowski. The manuscript confirms the recipient’s office (“le palatin de Russie”) and destination of Lviv, while the main text and signature remain only partly legible.

Lubomirska explains with regret to Jan Jabłonowski that his request arrived one day too late, as the presentations had already been submitted. At the same time, she assures the addressee of her goodwill and readiness to provide a favor in the future.

Grand Treasurer of the Crown Hieronim Lubomirski renews his request to the Voivode of Volhynia to obtain an assignment for winter quarters for his arquebusier banner from the Castellan of Kraków. He explains this by the urgent need to recruit and equip soldiers before the onset of winter and the necessity of dispatching the captain as soon as possible.

Stanisław Józef Lubomirski, Abbot of Tyniec, complains to Jan Stanisław Jabłonowski, Voivode of Ruthenia, about the violence and destruction caused in the monastery estates by the regiment of the Crown Treasurer. He asks the addressee for intercession and the removal of the troops from the abbey, citing the prohibition of the Apostolic Nunciature and the already paid hiberna tax.

Lanckoroński informs the Voivode of Ruthenia, Jan Jabłonowski, about the nobility's opposition to the Swedish war and the adoption of an instruction ordering the dispatch of envoys to the King of Sweden with a demand to withdraw from Courland. The letter also briefly mentions current personal matters and the death of Joanna.

Teresa Madalińska, wife of the standard-bearer of Wieluń, informs the Ruthenian Voivode Jan Stanisław Jabłonowski of the unexpected death of her husband. She asks the addressee and his wife to provide her with protection and to remember her in her bereavement.
